Return Conditions

Thank you for your purchase from gmp international UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

1. General Information

We place great importance on the quality of our products, particularly for components used in rail vehicles. All items are therefore carefully inspected before shipment.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returns of goods are only possible in the following cases:

• The delivered goods are defective or faulty
• The goods have a demonstrable manufacturing or material defect

Returns for other reasons (e.g. no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, or a subsequent change of mind) are excluded.

3. Procedure in the Event of a Complaint

If you identify a defect, please proceed as follows:

• Contact us without delay after receiving the goods
• Describe the defect as precisely as possible
• Include clear photos where possible

We will inform you of the next steps after reviewing your request.

4. Return Shipment

Returns are only accepted following prior agreement with us. Unannounced returns cannot be processed.

In the case of a justified complaint, we will cover the cost of the return shipment.

5. Refund or Replacement

After successful review of the returned goods, we will offer you, at our discretion:

• A replacement delivery, or
• A refund of the purchase price
